DuPage Derby Dames Third Annual Holiday Bout

Oh Holi-Dames! ’Tis the season to be rowdy at the DuPage Derby Dames Third Annual Holiday Bout! We’ll make spirits bright and bruised decking the track with our hard-hitting blockers and dashing, dodging jammers! Dames take on Dames as skaters split into Team Young vs. Team Younger for three 30-minute periods of festively ferocious roller derby!

Team Young vs. Team Younger

Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
First period at 6:00 p.m.
Second period at approximately 6:35 p.m.
Third period at approximately 7:10 p.m.

Fans can join in the jolly good time by purchasing challenges for each period. Clear the bench or have the referees be the jammers in Special “Once in a Lifetime” Rules! Make all the blockers do the “Chicken Dance” or skate backwards throughout the entire jam by spinning the Rule Wheel! With the Pay Per Rule options, fans choose from a set of rules to enforce, such as sending a player to the penalty box or wiping the score to zero!

The Dames invite you to get in the holiday spirit of giving! Bring your gently used coats, hats, gloves and scarves to the help support the People’s Resource Center of DuPage County with a coat drive!
